The Chamber Music Society of Santa Barbara provides chamber music playing opportunities for musicians aged 16 and over. We are fairly small, with room for about 45 people. The workshop lasts two days, Saturday and Sunday.

Please note, all participants must comply with the Music Academy of the West's COVID-19 policy at the time of the workshop.

Our goal is to accept as many participants as possible, but we are limited to 10 groups per day. The workshop will give preference to those preformed groups who have four or more players. Preformed trios will be accepted only after all others are considered. Participating in two different preformed groups is allowed, but group members must be different on each day. Please bring all the music your group will need, along with a score for your coach to use. Each group member must apply for the workshop and list the other members of the group. If all members of your group are not registered by the deadline, the group will not be accepted.
